Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement wireless & fiber-optic networks
- Perform field surveys, signal testing & network optimization
- Analyze coverage, capacity, and network traffic
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with technical teams
- Prepare technical documents and compliance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (IT, PMO, Construction)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering
- 2–4 years’ experience in network design or field operations
- Knowledge of 4G/5G, VoIP, fiber, RF planning, and network protocols
- Experience with tools like AutoCAD, RF software, GIS
- Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain in Canada)
Preferred:
- CCNA, CCNP, PMP certifications
- Experience with Canadian telecom firms (Bell, Rogers, Telus)
- Familiarity with Canadian safety standards
Employment Details:
- Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Salary: CAD 72,000 – CAD 95,000/year (commensurate with experience)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
