Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement wireless & fiber-optic networks
  • Perform field surveys, signal testing & network optimization
  • Analyze coverage, capacity, and network traffic
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with technical teams
  • Prepare technical documents and compliance reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments (IT, PMO, Construction)

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering
  • 2–4 years’ experience in network design or field operations
  • Knowledge of 4G/5G, VoIP, fiber, RF planning, and network protocols
  • Experience with tools like AutoCAD, RF software, GIS
  • Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain in Canada)

Preferred:

  • CCNA, CCNP, PMP certifications
  • Experience with Canadian telecom firms (Bell, Rogers, Telus)

Employment Details:

  • Type: Full-Time, Permanent

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
